I myself like besan halwa for the sheer fact that a small amount of it gives same satisfaction as bowl full of sooji halwa! :-P
ReplyDeleteNice to see your comment, Jayant. Gram flour gives a lot in quantity instead of semolina.... and most interesting thing is - if you add more water it would become halwa type, with less water it would be laddu, if you add milk and less water, you will get son papdi...
